Refund Policy

Last updated June 22, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Drive107 subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our goal is simple: you should never feel stuck paying for something you’re not using.

1. Who processes your payment

Our order process and payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through Drive107. This means Paddle is the reseller of the subscription and processes payments, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. When you request a refund, we authorize and arrange it, and Paddle issues it to your original payment method.

2. Try before you pay

Drive107 offers a free plan with no credit card required, so you can evaluate the Service and confirm it fits your vehicles before purchasing a paid plan. We encourage you to start there.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid Drive107 subscription for the first time and you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. We’ll refund the amount you paid and cancel the subscription. No reason is required, though we always welcome your feedback so we can improve.

4. Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We’ll send a reminder before an annual subscription renews.

If an annual subscription renews and you no longer want it, you may request a refund of that renewal charge within 14 days, provided you have not made significant use of the paid features during that renewal period. Monthly renewals are not refundable after the renewal date, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see below).

5. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and then your account reverts to the free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law or under the money-back guarantee above.

6. How to request a refund

Email us at support@drive107.com from the address on your account, and include the email used for the purchase and, if you have it, your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any taxes collected at purchase are refunded along with the eligible amount.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, those rights apply in addition to the guarantee described above.
